Enjoy a winter holiday in Denmark

Bornholm might not be the first destination you may think of, when searching for a winter holiday destination in Europe. But the Danish island in the Baltic Sea, not that far from Copenhagen, and its famous medieval castle ruins, with its unspoiled and unique nature, as well as the popular arts and craft, makes it a perfect place for a winter getaway.

Here’s what you can do during your holiday

You’ll find long sandy beaches with some of the finest sand in Europe. Go hiking on coastal paths that lead you through harsh, raw and unspoiled nature along the Baltic Sea. Or enjoy a tasty gourmet dinner for two in one of Bornholms lovely restaurants. See our guides further down.
